An Average Jill Granola

An Average Jill granola is produced under a Connecticut Cottage Food License. I developed each mix to satisfy my personal taste palate–flavorful, but not too sweet. Each small batch is prepared with mindful attention to ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging.

This venture started in the spring of 2019, when I introduced my two favorite granola recipes at a local Earth Day festival. The granola was a hit, and I loved the community vibe. I immediately got involved with other area festivals and farm markets.

I personally bake and package An Average Jill granola in my home under a Connecticut cottage food license. I’m mindful to using wholesome ingredients, and selecting locally produced products whenever possible. The granola is not too crunchy and not too sweet, and always baked with postive vibes.

While opportunities for growth continue to open, I’m staying on course with the simple mission to stay local, stay fresh, and stay connected to the customer. I hope you enjoy the flavor and freshness as much as I do. After all, the best compliment is a return customer.

I look forward to seeing you at the next market.
